Return & Refund Policy

  • The product includes all accessories and proof of purchase

  • The item is free from physical damage or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unsealed accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.)

  • Products damaged after purchase

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll inspect the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per warranty terms.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Warranty Information
